Loft Blinds are an e-commerce business selling genuine VELUX® Blinds to the UK market. Hayden have been working with Loft Blinds since 2008 building their e-commerce presence and helping with Branding, Marketing, SEO and Paid Advertising.
Loft Blinds sell a wide range of VELUX Blinds and Accessories via their e-commerce website.
In 2009 Hayden built their website and have worked continually with them to update an improve it. By 2024 the website was showing it's age and required a re-build to keep up to date with modern technical and design standards.
Hayden re-built the website allowing for faster performance and the ability to sell the full range of products covering over 25,000 SKUs. The vast majority of which are available through a single 'Blind Configurator' allowing the customer to find the perfect blind for their VELUX Window.
Integrating with VELUX's EDI systems allows the website to automatically send relevant orders direct to VELUX for processing, and continues to monitor the process of production and delivery, keeping the customer informed throughout.
Hayden also produced new brand assets for use on the websites, as well as printed materials and digital advertising campaigns.

A truly bespoke blind configurator was built to allow visitors to select from over 20,000 products.
The blind configurator works equally well on desktop, tablet and mobile devices and covers everything from manually operated blackout blinds for traditional roof windows to solar powered exterior shutters.
The website provided me with all the information about sizes, colours and materials to choose a replacement blind for one I bought from Loft Blinds about thirty years ago!

A simple yet elegant logo was developed to sit alongside the well recognised VELUX brand without clashing or overpowering it while also being recognisable in it's own right.
Since launching the new Loft Blinds website sales have more than doubled from the previous year with continued growth expected.
